How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping: Shipping for domestic products is $6.9 for the first product and an additional $2.9 for each subsequent product. And $8.9 for the first product and an extra $3.9 for each subsequent product if you in others places.
Fast shipping: Shipping fees will vary according to the seasons of the year.

How long will I receive my order?

Your order will be reviewed or canceled within 12 hours. It takes about 3-5 days for production. The finished product will then be dispatched in 5-10 days for US orders and 10-20 days for international orders.

Can I expedite my order?

We do not currently offer express shipping as all of our products are made to order after each purchase. We’re looking to expand your shipping options.

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

We do not provide shipping to multiple addresses. If you want, please place each order according to each address.

Will I be charged VAT taxes?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

Items fulfilled from the UK and EU might be charged a 20% VAT rate.

Do you alert us once our order ships?

Of course. An email will be sent to you with tracking information after you place your order. If you don’t have it, please contact us via [email protected]

Where do I get tracking info?

An email with shipping information will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Have not received my order yet, now what?

First, check tracking info and see if it was delivered. If it says delivered but never received please allow a few more days. Sometimes products are delivered late by DHL or scanned delivered by mistake.Then call or email us regarding the whereabouts of your order!

Can I cancel my order?

We only accept requests to cancel orders within 12 hours of placing an order. Please contact us at [email protected] for your order details and 90% refund as per our policy.
Caution: We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has begun.

What’s the status of my order?

Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. What if my order is defective, wrong size, or incorrect product?

Send us an email with attaching photo(s) and we will send out a replacement within 72 business hours!

Who will be responsible for the shipping fee if I exchange or return an order?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
